I've been a patient for a number of years and my experience has always been great, but today was even better. The entire team took extra care to make sure I was in-and-out of the office quickly, without skipping any steps. It was a very busy morning and I was impressed by how easily everyone adjusted their usual routines to keep things moving along. This was my second visit to Pappas. The got me in early, which is amazing. Karen did another fantastic job attempting to fix what happens when you don't go to a dentist for nine years. She does an amazing job of checking in with the patient the during whole process. Dr. Pappas came in afterwards and went through my mouth as well. This is an amazing office that you actually don't mind going to. Never thought I would say that about a dentist's office. I'm about 32 years old and got my first cavities this year. As a first timer new to cavity fillings, I was a little apprehensive but was made to feel more comfortable by everyone today. I had a tooth pain and hadn't been to the dentist in years and decided to try Pappas Dentistry. They got me in immediately. They had me fill out the paperwork electronic all so they already had it when I arrived. Karen got to work on me right away. She worked on my issue to relieve my pain with a follow up made for a few weeks. She explained every step of the way what she was doing and was excellent at what she did.
