I had a root planing and scaling done. The name of the procedure alone had me anxious. Laura did this cleaning and it was completely pain free and she was great with me. I am just coming from my worst appointment (Dr Dental) and was very much looking for a place that didn't cut corners, rush you out, and show they care. Today left a wonderful impression on me. My dental assistant was very knowledgeable and kind. She noticed my gums were extra sensitive and was extremely gentle with me. She treated me like family! I had a cleaning done recently at Dr.Pappas' office. The staff and the doctor are very friendly and really do their best to ease any anxieties and to make you as comfortable as possible. Let's just say my teeth are not in the greatest of shape, and never did I feel judged or looked down on by the entire staff. The work performed was better than expected.
