I am just coming from my worst appointment (Dr Dental) and was very much looking for a place that didn't cut corners, rush you out, and show they care. Today left a wonderful impression on me. My dental assistant was very knowledgeable and kind. She noticed my gums were extra sensitive and was extremely gentle with me. She treated me like family! I had a cleaning done recently at Dr.Pappas' office. The staff and the doctor are very friendly and really do their best to ease any anxieties and to make you as comfortable as possible. Let's just say my teeth are not in the greatest of shape, and never did I feel judged or looked down on by the entire staff. The work performed was better than expected. As always I had another good experience. I am always treated like family especially by my hygienist Karen. She is just a pleasure. Very personable, capable and professional. We went in today for my daughter's appointment. We went in for 10 to find out our appointment was for 2. The receptionist would talk to the dentist and see if she could fit us in. Sure enough they squeezed us in. During the visit the dentist have us practical ways to prevent future cavities and gave us a method to brush her teeth cause everyone knows brushing a toddlers teeth is easy.
