RecommendedReceptionist was so helpful locating my member ID number after my id was stolen. I didn’t wait long at all. The Dr also might have been the sweetest warm welcoming eye doctor I’ve ever met given my embarrassing eye problem. Will def go back for yearly check ups.

I love Dr Tichy and his entire office staff is so attentive! They will work with you to ensure you are happy with your glasses purchase and provide the proper care for healthy eyes. My last pair of glasses was a heavier, thicker frame than I was used to. They worked with me to ensure that my eyes adjusted properly to my slightly different prescription and the different thickness and I love them!
