Apparently Optical Outlets doesn’t care about providing positive customer service or customer satisfaction. Or keeping customers since I received no response from their local or home offices. I’ve never had so many problems with eyeglasses. When my new eyeglasses didn’t meet expectations less than 6 months after picking them up, I went into the store to get help. The front office and manager were the most disrespectful people I ever had to deal with. I had an altercation with the manager and while I was sitting there waiting to speak with some one else’s the associate sitting next to her was saying things like “those people your people always causing trouble not knowing I was Dominican. But I got it on video so they may be hearing from me again.

Very rude staff. After a month I still don’t have my glasses. Courtney was my sales associate. She has a problem with her temper. I don’t recommend any one use optical outlets for any reason. The savings isn’t worth the trouble. I have been here 3 times and still no glasses. I have to go somewhere else to get them fitted.

I bought 2 pair of glasses from Optical Outlets Seminole. I only use a microfiber cleaning cloth for my glasses and after 5 months, 1 pair is showing scratches. I went to the store and showed the salesgirl and she told me the manager would call me before 5pm. The next day after NOT receiving a call from the manager, I went back and the salesgirl took my glasses to the manager in her office. I made an appointment on 7/16 for 7/24. I told the girl I had insurance and gave her the information. Today 7/24 I go to the appointment and am told she doesn't know if they take my insurance and the insurance dept is off on Saturday, really you had a week to check.

The most impersonal place I've been to. The office in New Port Richey was not a great experience. I feel so greatly about my opinion that I'm still sitting here as I write this.... Brought me back at a decent time, perfect. Except, I don't even know who brought me back or what was being done to me. Just told hold my eye open and she wasn't gonna touch it. I liked the Optometrist in the Titusville location. I had no issue with the exam. This issue comes in with the staff dealing with customer service. I purchased glasses from here and after spending the initial $169.00 plus on the original glasses with progressive lenses where my peripheral view was obscure, I could not adjust to these progressive lenses. I spoke to the customer service and they said for an additional $100.00 they could change the lenses to a progressive that did not block my peripheral view. I paid the addit... read more

Unprofessional…scheduled appointment’s for my two 4 year-olds and my 5 year old foster children after my schedule was cleared we arrived on time and upon walking in the office staff immediately complained that the children didn’t have face mask on and the doctor would not see them without the mask…then saying that they were too young to be seen by the doctor I advised that the staff that the boys had appointment’s and all information was given at the time that the children were scheduled…they informed me that there was not... read more
