Wonderful place, the optometrist was through. The selection and staff were great really made the selection easy. I was able to get 2 pair of progressive lenses and frames. With the express delivery, tint on one pair, exam for 150.00. Recommend trying optical express a try. Very satisfied customer.
Took advantage of their $59.95/2 pairs and was very happy with purchase, service and staff. The special allowed me to finally afford the progressive glasses that I desperately needed. Thanks Optical Outlet/Cortez!
Ariel at the Citrus Park store was a great! It took some time to pick the right glasses & he was patient & helpful and had a great out-going personality. I got a great deal (pd for 2 pairs what I was previously charged for 1 pair).
Very good service. Eye glasses for less than other locations. I had a great experience at the Port Richey location they really took good care of me. My former Optician passed away and they did the reexam as professional courtesy and it was the best exam I had in many years. Prices were far better got 2 pairs for less than half of what others were charging for 1 pair. They were great at following up and providing excellent service.
First time here at the dale Mabry hwy. dr was great, fast and responsive to all my questions but Heidy- the office manager was even better! Explained to me what I needed to know (second time having glasses) so definitely don’t know about terms, super friendly and charismatic! I definitely recommend this location to everybody and will come back when I decide to get contacts or if I decide to change my frame. Thanks Heidy!!!
Just have to say that Joyce at the Largo Optical Outlet made my husband and my experience there - THE BEST. She was patient with us and helped us select frames (which we really like) and we just returned from picking up our glasses and they are super. You won't be disappointed in having Joyce work with you!!!! Thanks to Joyce for a pleasant shopping experience.
I was very happy with my visit here. Everyone I met was helpful. One lady helped me pick out my glasses which I have a hard time doing. The prices were very reasonable.
Great place to buy your glasses. Nice people that love helping you find just the right frame.
