best optical in astoria! I enjoy going into odyssey optical. The staff is always on their toes making sure everyone is being helped, even though they can be a little pushy at times. I order my lenses on the phone and Im able to pick them up the next day, not to mention my glasses always were ready within a couple of hours since there is a technician always there... now that's what i call service. Pros + prices, convenient location

Odyssey Optical TERRIBLE! DO NOT, (repeat NOT) depend on Odyssey Optical for quality eye care!!!The eye exam itself was cursory, and the first pair of glasses were so bad they made me dizzy. I went back, and they ""corrected"" them, but it still felt like I was on acid. When I asked for a refund, I was told no, the problem probably was my eye muscles. don't shop there this place i would not recommend. the staff is only into themselves and they only have out the expensive things for people to buy. the inexpensive eyeglasses are tucked away in the drawers all on top of each other and they are scratched. if you buy it and find a scratch on the frame they do not replace it accusing you that you dropped it and scratched it yourself. Pros + none that come to mind Cons - parking and customer satisfaction

not recommended odyssey would not be a place i recommend for someone to get their eywear from.they are not friendly and they do not compensate you when they do something wrong to frames or lenses that you own.their contact lenses are way more expensive than you can buy online, and it seems that they do not hire any men to work there except for the gentleman that works in the shop and the owner's husband.the...

odyssey optical inc i would never shop at odyssey optical again. the place is not very nice smelling and the staff is rude. They seem to carry on conversations while trying to help you.Also they are under new ownership from what i understand. the old owner that used to be there and be very friendly is not there any more.Also, they jack up prices on frames higher than any other store i've been to, and contact lenses are much, much cheaper on line. not so nice odyssey is the place to go if you would like to be helped by girls who chat with each other than the people they are helping.wanna find out gossip, just go there and you will hear who they are talking about next.also their contact lens pric...

steven i found the sales people at odyssey optical to be very rude as they talk to each other while helping their clientele. they also rack up the frame prices higher than other places by 20-30 percent in order to give a discount of that total in...
