My first time at Odyssey Optical and it's definitely my new local go-to shop for exams and basic frames. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Has a great family/neighborhood vibe to it- efficient but you don't feel rushed. They even helped fix up my old loose frames at no cost. The eye exam by Susana was very thorough and she took the time to answer my questions in detail and in terms I could follow. Had an emergency situation when I lost one of my lenses and also needed to renew my prescription. I called them and made an appointment for the next day morning. The eye exam was fast and the doctor and other workers were all welcoming and very professional! I highly recommend!

So nice to have a family oriented small business in our neighborhood. My experience here felt like visiting an old friend, and this was my first time! Everyone was very nice & helpful. The prices are Great! I want to encourage my neighbors to join me in supporting our small business neighbors. They are the life blood of America and the greatest part about being a New Yorker!

There are a lot of eye glasses stores in the neighborhood. If you walk by, you'll likely see people in this one and there's a reason. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Support this local business. You won't regret it.

great service! i walked in on a saturday with my prescription from another doctor and the associate was great at helping me pick out frames and the right protections to put on the lenses with the best price for me. i got my glasses a week later and couldn’t be happier!
