The doctor was pleasant, 1 time I was able to actually schedule an appointment. Had horrible tooth ache and called to make an appointment, never heard back. Had w cleaning appointment scheduled, called first thing in am to reschedule cuz was running a fever. “When would you like to reschedule for?”, I asked for next available Monday. The ONLY Monday was in February at 8am which I couldn’t make. No other Mondays available. The receptionist seemed to be bothered and didn’t even try to find any other date. ***Get quotes IN WRITING *** Dental staff is great. No complaints there. Billing practice is bait and switch style. I highly recommended getting any quotes IN WRITING. I was verbally quoted $200. At time of appointment, bill was $300. Asked why it was $100 more and they told me it was for what insurance wouldn’t cover. Then I get a bill in the mail for an additional $130. Called and spoke with them and they said that is what the insurance didn’t cover. If you know my insurance beforehand, why not look up what is covered and... read more
