I hate the wait, but what's new at the doctors office. Other than that most of the staff is great, love, love, love Dr. Smalls. He talks a lot but is very honest and forthright. It's close enough to where I live but for Dr Smalls I'd travel. Why only 3 stars cause I hate the wait.
The absolute worst..... I waited 4 hours for a signature, that's all I needed and it was a waste of my day
My experience at this place is a nightmare. I have to walk out my appointment after 2 hours waiting and told I have to wait for another half an hour or so. Appointment means nothing in this place.
Didn't have a great experience here, which is a shame because it would've helped to have a place to go to for PT (Physical Therapy) close to home. First, I filled out all the required forms for this doctor ahead of time on Zoc Doc. When I got to the office, they didn't accept my online forms and I had to fill out 15 different forms again by hand (look over 15 minutes). Please please please please stay away this place is the worse in the world , if you do not want high blood pressure and need and your stress level thru the roof stay away I was here for my wife and we walked out after waiting 3 hours for a 12 o'clock appt came back because the office manager called us to apologize and we live in the nieborhood so it is convenient so we went back to give them a 2nd chance .
