RecommendedMost of the negative reviews I am reading are from people who had a bad experience with wait times but nothing about actual treatment. Not only are the staff knowledgeable about what they do, but they are all some of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a medical facility. Sure, I have had a few bad waits for tests, but I was an idiot trying to shedule appointments at prime times. I have never had to wait for PT or Chiro for more than 15 minutes even in a packed house. New York Medical is very thorough the Staff there is very efficient, Physical Therapist Aji is very good at what he does, the front desk staff is also very good, Indera & Zain always greets me with a smile, very friendly atmosphere, I would recommend my freinds & family Thank you NYMDC.
I started going to NYMDC a few weeks ago. Initially, it was just for chiropractic issues, however, within two days I decided I wasn't going any place else to do P/T because of the warm reception I received from Dr. Sadigh. I've now switched my PCP to NYMDC! THIS IS HOME! The staff is courteous, and friendly, it amazes me how they remember all their patients names.
