I sincerely hope this happens to no one else and hope this review cautions people to avoid the entire NDD chain. The worst dental experience of my life! First off the staff is unprofessional and doesn't answer phone calls during their scheduled business hours. Showed up for a cleaning and their ultra sonic cleaner went down right at the beginning of my cleaning. The dental assistant continued the old school way but stopped the cleaning halfway through once it became close to the top of the hour.
