We had a visit for our youngest and the primary dentist (Jenny) was extremely condescending and rude. None of the precautions that were mentioned in the previous appointment (nitrous oxide for nervousness) were discussed and the team was so aggressive in our daughter’s mouth that her mouth started bleeding because they were ripping out spacers to keep her jaw open (which appeared to be too large for her mouth to begin with).
