We just moved into the area and after researching a family dentist for are whole family I am so happy that we found this place! From the first call to walking into the office, everyone has been friendly, professional and welcoming. My son, who is 9, had Coral as his dental hygienist, and she was awesome!! Coral walked/talked through every process she was going to do to make my son and I at ease. I was even allowed to go back with my son!! I highly recommend this place, it’s worth the drive!
We had just arrived in Orlando for a family vacation when our son had a sudden, severe toothache. Our insurance referred us to Milestones as an in network provider. We called and were relieved they were able to see my son same day. Upon arrival the staff was very pleasant and helpful-we were greeted with nothing but smiles from everyone! We accidentally found Milestones Children Dentistry when we thought our 6 year old had broke her tooth in school. After calling several pediatric dentists in the area and them being harsh over the phone, we called Milestones. The staff was very accommodating to the point of calling Dr. Jenny at home as it was her day off and asking if she would see our daughter. So, over the weekend, my son fell and knocked his tooth out. It's been a nightmare getting a dentist to look at his mouth. I kept running into businesses that put policies before patients. From the moment I called Milestones and spoke with Dr Jenny I felt reassured and comfortable. My skeptical, "strong willed" 🤣 child, who doesn't do a single thing he is not ok with, was completely at ease and enjoyed all the attention he received.
