I understand that everyone needs a lunch but when patients are scheduling appointments 6 months in advance on their personal lunch breaks, there should be someone at the window so that all appointments run on time. That being said, Jen is a great hygienist and I am only coming here because of her. Dr. Goldberg the last two times he has been in has always had an assistant following him who they choose to have scheduling arguments while he is checking my mouth. I've been a patient for almost six years now and have always received excellent care and service. My most recent visit, however, was a much different story. The hygienist worked my mouth over so badly that I was sore for the entire evening. Dr. Goldberg came in to see me and couldn't have been more rude or disinterested and made me feel like he didn't have time for me.
