I can't recall ever waiting more than 5 minutes for my appointment. There is plenty of reading material and toys for the kids. The staff is professional and courtious. I was not sure if I was going to say anything but u sent the survey I figured you wouldn't know if people did tell you.I have to say I have been coming in this office a long time ! I got my first time w an attitude by the receptionist About booking my apt . Sometime its the tone you need to take differently when your the receptionist . But I love the service with everyone else. I understand that everyone needs a lunch but when patients are scheduling appointments 6 months in advance on their personal lunch breaks, there should be someone at the window so that all appointments run on time. That being said, Jen is a great hygienist and I am only coming here because of her. Dr. Goldberg the last two times he has been in has always had an assistant following him who they choose to have scheduling arguments while he is checking my mouth.
