I can't recall ever waiting more than 5 minutes for my appointment. There is plenty of reading material and toys for the kids. The staff is professional and courtious. I was not sure if I was going to say anything but u sent the survey I figured you wouldn't know if people did tell you.I have to say I have been coming in this office a long time ! I got my first time w an attitude by the receptionist About booking my apt . Sometime its the tone you need to take differently when your the receptionist . But I love the service with everyone else.
