There very respectful humble and they have good service they work today as a team
although the waiting time was a little long as i remember it.....but business has pick up & it's understandable.....i have missed the services.....glad 2 be back..!!!
The optometrist are very professional. Service and selection with glasses are great. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the wait time. Schedule appointments should be seen quickly.
I have been going to Harlem Vision Center for at least a year and some months and I must say customer service is good and the eye doctor is thouogh. follow up appointments is made before leaving and your glasses will be ready within 7-14 days. Most importantly, Harlem Vision Center takes most health insurances.
Dr. Lacey is very helpful-she is efficient but takes time to explain eye health and the different test results. Juan is knowledgable about eyewear, and is a great salesman in that he listens to the customer and offers solutions that meet my needs. Thank you! I'm so happy you've set up shop right here in our neighborhood.
Short wait time, and a courteous, friendly doctor. VERY professional. Exceptional service compared to many others in the area. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS so appreciated.
I've always been satisfied with Harlelm Vision Center work.
Aside from the odd clients that come in and out of here reeking of cigarette smoke.... This place is great! This staff is super friendly and efficient! No long waits and they have a huge selection...
