I’ve been a patient and customer at Harlem Vision Center for over a year now and the service is always perfection. Elijah and Dylan were a great help. My son has been through a few pairs of glasses in a short time but they are always helpful with replacements and the process is always smooth. These guys are awesome. 10 out of 10 for me. Highly recommended. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.
Just went back my glasses needed adjusting. Andre’s was patient, helpful and fixed my problem. It took just a few minutes but he made sure that it was adjusted correctly before I left. Definitely Recommend coming here. Definitely good Service.
Had an appointment at 10 am and told my appointment at 5 pm. The receptionist told me that someone called me to confirm my appointment the night before but no one called me. I left and came back at 5 pm the same receptionist was there with her nasty attitude. I gave her my insurance card, 45 minutes went by and told me that they did not take my insurance. OMG. This place is Awesome. Where can you find a place that’s super friendly from the front desk to the dispensers. Andres and Dillon are a breath of fresh air. I can’t thank them enough. I’m very particular and huge on customer service and they both nailed it. I felt like a valued customer. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
Andres has been exceptional with his help and service. He’s understanding and extremely patient with explaining everything. I definitely recommend Harlem Vision at 455 Lenox Avenue. Ask for Andre’s when you pick out your glasses. He’s the go to person and you can’t go wrong. He’s there from Monday through Thursday.
