the assistant at the Harlem Visions were very friendly, fast and respectful they worked efficiently and provided information that was useful. however, one specific doctor was very rude, did not consider the patients and had us waiting very long just to be seen ON A SCREEN. she also decided to approach one of the assistants and speak very rude to her IN FRONT OF ME A PATIENT while the assistant stayed calm and rep 5/10 the doctor 10/10 the assistants at Harlem visions.
Excellent Customer Service! I normally go for my one year Eye Care but had a little hiccup and had to get a pair of contacts. The service I received was out the world that I had to ask for a hug because his customer service was amazing! Thank You So Much! Please Go Here! You won’t be disappointed!
Great and convenient place. Cons: It is very small and not the most modern. Pro: Friendly and professional service. Doctor is also very friendly and patient, she takes her time to answer all your concerns.
Just went back my glasses needed adjusting. Andre’s was patient, helpful and fixed my problem. It took just a few minutes but he made sure that it was adjusted correctly before I left. Definitely Recommend coming here. Definitely good Service.
I have been coming here since I was a little girl. But now the customer service is horrible. The receptionists are very rude, and have bad attitudes. On google it says they open until 7pm, when I came 15 minutes after 5pm, they said they were closed with a nasty attitude. Shortly after, the receptionist opened the door and came to help someone. They are very rude and racist.
