Dr. Torres is a professional. Had a filling today, didn’t feel Novocain going in, the drilling was painless, and the procedure was quick. He has excellent staff assisting him and very friendly. I had my cleaning this morning and it was very quick. The hygienist, April, was very friendly, as was Dr. Torres. I have always had a pleasant experience for cleanings and dental work. This last time my cleaning appointment was cancelled because of Hurricane Dorian and the staff worked with me diligently to get me scheduled. It took awhile because of my schedule but they never forgot about me. The staff at Dr. Torres responded quickly when my crown came off. The got me in and were extremely compassionate with my dilemma. Dr. Torres found the problem, provided a temporary solution and scheduled the fix for a few days from now. I had my first extraction done today and I have to say I was worried. Aside from the recommendation from my wife and letting me know that he will not work on me until it is certain that i will not feel any pain just pressure, Dr. Torres assured me I wouldn't feel a thing. They both were absolutely right the procedure was both quick and painless.
