What can I say no phone call /no text/ no email .A True walk in, they took me right in the back to take two x-rays confirmed it’s not tooth related . So I’m So thankful for them see me right away and giving me a piece of mine.So im off to see my medical doctor just woke up with Continues pain in my jaw, I couldn’t open my mouth took loads of worry off my mind after the x-rays excellent office no pain always!!!!. Dr Torres is very friendly and explains things in a way easy to understand. He is very friendly and personable. I love Dr. Torres office and staff. The atmosphere is spa-like. Yes I said spa. I was in for a broken tooth and a bit anxious as to what treatment would be required and when. His staff set me at ease and the repair was quick and simple. I. LOVE. THIS. Hands down. The best dental experience if my life. Growing up I had the worst dental experience, the dentist I went to was brutish and mean and always made me cry. I have a serious phobia of dental procedures. I have literally no issues seeing doctor Torres and his amazing staff! this office has literally turned the chapter of my life for pleasant dental experiences. There are few things worse for someone as fearful of the dentist as me to be in the position of having moved to a new state and then having a dental emergency. Lucky for me, as fate would have it, I came upon Dr. Torres. He was kind, understanding, gentle and tolerant of my irrational fears. His front desk staff is friendly and personable and my tech Angela was amazing.
