Love the unique (and huge) selection. Love that Alex can narrow down the choices to under 5 for what is the perfect look/fit for you. Love that I received my glasses via at-home delivery (lol!!! We live in the same neighborhood, so it's a definite perk!!) Just an all around great and easy and very cool experience.
Service is always personal and individual. The frames make you feel like they were tailored just for you.
I have been getting my glasses there for 18 years! That speaks for itself! Alex offers excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable and has unique selection of frames.
Amazing service! Selection can't be beat. Carries a collection that you won't be able to find anywhere outside of Europe. If you are looking for a frame that nobody else has, this is the place!
