I saw Dr. Gottlieb thinking I would need a root canal. After additional diagnostics were performed, she wasn’t able to confirm that I did in fact need the root canal, and it was possibly TMJ instead. She was extremely thorough, and explained everything in an easy to understand way. I appreciated her cautious approach and we are monitoring the situation. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. If and when I do need a root canal, she will be the one performing it!
Dr. Chugerman does extraordinary work. Over the past few years he has performed two root canals on me. The last one a few weeks ago received praise from my general dentist who said the work was excellent. Dr. Chugerman made an extremely small hole in my cap so that it could be saved and also filled root canals which were offshoots of the main canals. My dentist referred me to Dr. Duong for a bicuspid root canal. I highly recommend him. It was completely painless and he was competent and thorough. He and his assistant Hadia were good humored and kind, and made me feel at ease which is definitely not my first response in a dentist chair. Dr. Duong explained everything I wanted to know and even asked how I was doing during the lengthy procedure! In my experience dentists usually forget there's a human being under that mouth...
Dr. Duong and his assistant took wonderful care of my grandma. She came in with a lot of pain and he was able to work his magic to make her feel better. He is very caring, patient, and professional. Despite the language barrier, he managed to explain each step to my grandma so that she is aware and comfortable. At one point, my grandma even had a good 5-minute nap during the procedure, which shows how careful and gentle Dr. Duong is. I had been looking around for a dentist for a procedure and was recommended to Dr. Duong. I'm weary of dental procedures but I was very impressed with the office and the updated technology Wilson had at his disposal (things I've never seen or heard of). He obviously knew his craft, explained the procedure in a way I easily understood and it went much smoother than I ever imagined. If you're looking for a reliable endodontist and a smooth experience I'd recommend Dr. Duong many times over.
Dr. Duong is an incredibly talented, meticulous, gentle dentist. He is someone you can trust completely and be at ease with. So far, I’ve had 2 root canals performed by him. It was literally smooth sailing. I didn’t feel a thing... except for his care every step of the way. He’s also a great person, kind and humorous. He feels more like a friend than a highly skilled professional.
Dr. Duong was good to me and very patient. During our first appointment I downright refused the root canal. He explained the benefits of going forward with it and in the end he was right. My tooth feels better. In fact, it feels normal again.
This was a very good experience. The doctor was very gentle. I would recommend him very highly.
Doctor Duong automatically made me feel comfortable. He was able to explain what was needed and he was able to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I specifically appreciated that he communicated with my dentist because their are many specialist who do not like to collaborate with other medical professionals. The root canal was painless and I was able to sit through the whole procedure with the doctor and his professional assistant. w
