When I first entered the office I was a nervous wreck. I was so frightened because I have had root canals in the past and they were always so painful. The staff and Dr. Duong were very understanding. Dr. Duong was very patient with me. He was very informative, he took his time with me, and I never felt like he was rushing or in a hurry. Dr. Duong and his assistant manager Maja, were able to get my 87 yr old mom who had been in pain for over a week an appt for the next day! Amazing! They were caring and so professional in her care. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr.Feldman is very easy to talk to and he’s honest. He also helps u feel at ease during the root canal.. he talks u through and I recommend him highly ..

So my Endo was able to see me so close before the xmas holiday and right after again. Yes I had a bad infection that i allowed to fester for a while. He was super patient and took the time to explain and show me what was happening. No pain at all. No rushing thru procedure. I appreciate that, and also his staff were so kind. I'm telling everyone about my Endo in Brooklyn. Thank you Dr. Duong. muchas Gracias!!
