I have 4 kids and a busy life, so I rely on emails to keep track of everything. I was excited when I saw on their website a button to schedule online. One problem, they clearly don't monitor that inbox because I've tried 2x now to get my whole family in for cleanings. Now, my son is suffering from an infected tooth that could have been avoided if they monitored their inbox and got back to me.
