The worse experience ever with Jersey dental group!!!!!! The dentist did crown for my tooth then I had pain and my tooth fractured I called the office and tried to see the dentist or speak with her but she refused.I went to the office and they took my tooth with the crown and promised me to de implant and after 3 weeks I went again they told me that my insurance will not cover and refused to give me my tooth then the nurse tried to cheat me and give me another one but I complained to my insurance so they give me and till now... read more

Find another dentist. The receptionist was always rude and difficult. I needed a deep cleaning and fillings. My appt kept having to be rescheduled by them and every time they would cancel an appt they could not reschedule for Months but would put me on the cancelation list as a consolation. The amount I was charged for the first half of my cleaning was double what insurance said I owed. We are new to Cloverhealth Medicare/Dentaquest. Called in December and could not get an appt until March. We were put on wait list for an earlier appt. Unfortunately. I developed a dental abscess on 1/2, could not get an appointment - however, I received a wait list notice and was able to be seen on 1/6. Was seen first by a dental hygienist who did full mouth x-rays, told me I had horrible periodontal disease (no surprise, I see a perio every four months). Completly unprofessional, canceled 2 appointments within 24 hours. The most recent time I had taken the day off of work. I was told my mold were not in yet and they would "call me next week." that was last thursday. after not being called I decided to check in. again I was told "not in yet, we will call you." already one month past the 3 month timeline I was given. this business does not see you as a person. unacceptable!

while the staff is nice most of the time, I've had one filling come out 3 times and another filing from them come out just recently, dont bother, find somewhere where their service lasts longer than a ham sandwich

Worst customer service I have ever received from a doctor's office. I had to cancel my kids appointments cause of an emergency situation and they were not helpful at all. Kept saying that I would be charged and they won't be able to reschedule both my kids together again. My husband is deployed and I'm the only person who could take them to the office and they refused to understand the situation. Life happens and they lost 4 patients from my family and I would not be recommending them to any of my friends in the future.

I tried calling to get a price range for a new pt appt who would be paying cash. And was told it could be anything from $200 up. I asked is there any way to narrow the range down so I know how much I would need and was told "as I already told you NO". Ok well I will take my cash paying business somewhere else then.
