so I've had a dentist appointment for 2 weeks I don't answer the phone to numbers that don't come up on my caller ID didn't leave a message the lady said that she called to confirm my appointment because I didn't confirm it she canceled it because the dentist wanted to leave early she knew I was in pain so she asked him please can she keep the appointment she did not cancel she said I was the one who canceled it because she did not confirm the dentist said no I am leaving early unbelievable I have never in my life been to a ... read more
They have a dental hygienist named Rania Hesham who works here. Has been constantly demanding the deaths of Jewish people. If you are Jewish please know that you are not safe here. Stay away and please warn others of the danger.
I do NOT recommend Jersey Dental Group at 1900 Mt. Holly Road, Suite 2-C, Burlington, NJ! I had an appointment today at 10 am. This appointment was confirmed by both a text and an email. The person I spoke to the prior week who made the appointment for me took my health insurance information and even gave me a temporary patient ID. This place has really gone down the toilet. Used to love them. Now it takes about 6 months to get an appointment for dental work. Took 5 months to get my appointment and they called the day before to cancel it cuz their hygienist left. Literal crap show. There is something VERY wrong going on here cuz the hygienists and dentists don’t stick around very long. I can’t believe they’re still in business.
The management has no idea what they are doing. Overcharged me with several bills which I tried discussing with them. I was hung up on , never called back. You can’t go above them because they’re no corporate office. Stay away if you don’t want to bombarded with bs bills. The only positive is the 2 dental hygienist, who are fabulous. STAY AWAY !!! I have always paid my bill in full when I left and they keep sending me bills. I’ve never seen an unorganized, unprofessional establishment in my life
Dr. Clemens is the perfect choice for a route canal if you want to be certain that your dentist discriminates against children in dire need of treatment who happen to have disabilities. So if you’d like to wait an hour with your child to be seen, having already visited once to establish the need for the procedure, only to encounter a dentist who tells you to leave upon learning of your child’s disability, this is the right place for you.
