Dr Birnbaum gave me an exam 08/02/2017. I found him to be gruff, rude and using a book that is from the 1940s. He gave me 3 diagnoses of ills to my eyes. I had ordered this pair of glasses as backup. I cannot see out of them! I had my eyes checked again elsewhere and there was NO change from the prescription I came in with and he ordered for me UNDER. The order should have been -2.25//1.75 and -2.75//1.75. He needs to retire and the practice needs to fill my Rx properly. Of course I have received no response from the above m... read more
