Contacted Dr. Reddy that my crown came out while eating. She was able to schedule a same day appointment, and had my crown reattached. I couldn't expect any better service. Excellent , however the open exam rooms are a concern. I was asked my medical history with other patients on both sides of me. I could hear their conversations so I know mine were heard as well. As I told Dr, Reddy, spending some part of an hour with her and her wonderful staff while she provided a couple of fillings was the easiest part of my day, a fact that I could not have imagined in the decades when I was terrified of even the word "dentist." Through now many years and many pretty substantial procedures (thanks to the effects of my earlier terror), I have never experienced pain, discomfort, or fear in her office. It is a remarkable place.
