I was new patient, switching to this practice due to having recently moved. I was also experiencing dental pain at the time of my appointment. The dentist and her assistant were both excellent. They were sensitive to my pain, took an X-ray, gave me a clear explanation of what might be causing it, and made an appropriate referral. Great scaling and cleaning. I have been a patient since Dr Reddy opened the practice and would never consider going any place else. Hard to associate the words "pleasant experience" with "sharp and painful instruments poking your gums while you sit gagged on a chair", but somehow the folks at Dr. Reddy's office pull it off. Great front office, terrific use of email appointment reminders, and at the end of the day thoroughly professional work. Dr. Reddy herself is a peach and a careful and caring dentist. Everyone is so pleasant and personable. The secretary knows me by name and my hygienist is very in tune with my comfort level. I have been going to Dr. Reddy's office for a long time. I moved out of the area a few years ago and I now finding myself driving over an hour to visit.
