Your dental hygienist (dark hair, name is Christine) was very rough. She poked my lower lip with a sharp scaling tool, hit my teeth with metal dental instruments multiple times, and splattered polish all over my face, shoulders, and hair. Christine is not the most gentle dental hygienist. She also goes beyond educating a patient about good dental hygiene (i.e., feels a need to lecture a patient). Don't we all know that we should floss just like we all know we should exercise??? It's hard to find a dentist in the area who does general dentistry. Most of the dentists are into whitening and tooth appearances. Went in for a relatively routine filling and had to return due to the job not being done completely on the first go-around. My 5-year old son has his visit today. As boys are, he was itchy, not sitting still, wanting to talk. The hygienist told him he could not have a prize and that they only treated children who cooperate. On our way out she handed me names of other dentists for our next visit. They have been treating him since his first visit, and this will be the last for both of us.
