Much worse now than before the treatment. VERY bad experience. Unprofessional and not competent in my opinion. Very painful procedure because anesthetic was unplugged as the procedure was performed and only connected at the very end. Life changing and so sorry that I went there.

always check meds proscribed, had a history of seizures and was proscribed tramadol,cipro and doxycycline, all which lowers you natural ability to prevent seizures. I had no knowledge of this until it was too late, but you had full knowledge of my history and still gave me the meds. was seizure free for seven yrs until visiting your office and now going on 3 yrs of seizures. little did I know there's a time limit to file medical malpractice in ohio. as a proscribing doc you shld know every side effect of the pills especially... read more

Watch out for that lady in billing...if your insurance company becomes a pain she will absolutely make you feel like a piece of trash as many times as she wants. She was almost excited to tell me I was dismissed....nobody ever whispered a word about payment arrangements. I agree it's a fee for service transaction but they could have treated my situation with a hint of kindness. Don't get me wrong Dr. Columbo is a good doc. Now, days after an er visit, I'm sitting home with my 5 kids trying to figure out how to get myself rig... read more
