Dr Elford is great and so is the assistant Sandy. I had a great experience. Sandy went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and my concerns were addressed and Dr Elford is excellent as well.
I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door, asked the normal questions and very quickly called back to have my exam and cleaning. The x-rays were taken and the Dr. was called in to do an exam. The Dr. visited for a minute about my job and family and then the exam was done and they proceeded with the cleaning. The dental hygienist was friendly and prompt. New appointment was set, I was given a goody bag, then taken to the front to be checked out. This all happened within an hour and was done very professionally.
Every single person I interacted with at Turley acted like I was the most important person there at that moment. They were kind, courteous, and very professional. I was also impressed by how quickly my daughter's appointment began after we arrived. Customer service like this is hard to come by. We'll be back.
The staff was great from the minute I walked through the door. They were also helpful in explaining procedures and payment options.

Brittney is an excellent Dental Hygienist. She has cleaned my teeth for several years and I highly recommend her as she is professional, courteous and does a great job.
