Compassionate and knowledgeable staff. In the middle of dental angst comes a treatment plan based on the individual's health status. My husband and I have been more than pleased with the results.
Service is great and the entire staff, including the dentists, are very kind! I no longer fear going to the dentist they all make it so painless and comfortable!

A great dental practice. I experienced a Saturday dental emergency while on a trip. From my first phone call, I found them welcoming and helpful. They invited me in without an appointment, then handled everything promptly and very professionally. All the personnel were friendly, the office was unexpectedly but pleasantly high-tech. The cost of the procedure (a tooth extraction) was reasonable too. If I lived in the Billings area, these folks would be my regular dental office.
The care I get at Turly's was great and is always great. I have been with them through a lot of dental work and mile smile speaks for itself and their great work.
Turley made everything easy and stress free. The nicest staff and environment you'll ever see. It's like flying first class compared to any other dental place, I've seen or been to.
