My 9 year old son had an 11:30 appointment for filling a cavity. He was very nervous and scared. We arrived at on time at 11:30 and immediately Dr. Anna proceeded to rush us to the treatment room and treat us as if we were very late and she was being inconvenienced. My son began to express a great deal of fear and hesitance around the experience.
