I have been going to Dr. Fitzsimmons for 28 years now. I know the staff and they know me. Yet they are very professional and give quality care. They know how nervous I get when I have to come in. But Dr. Fitzsimmons treats me more like a friend than a patient, they all do. Had my first root canal, he talked me through it and answered questions during the procedure, made things much easier.
