Just got a bill in the mail from 2.5 years ago. The office can't tell me exactly what the bill is for or how it took 2.5 years to get processed, other than I owe it. No date of service other than "balance forward". I have been in that office for cleanings since but the bill they said never got processed from an earlier visit, …
Staff are congenial, professional and efficient. If my appointment is at 10 I'm seen at 10. If I have any issues regarding my dental work, such as pain, I am seen immediately. Incredible aquarium fish in wait room.
With some offices, you have to wait an hour before being seen. The assistant took me right in and the Dr. was numbing my gums up right away. He explained everything as he went and was very professional in every aspect ofy visit. I would highly recommended this dentist.
I was very satisfied with the care that was provided for me and the work that the dentist suggested I take care of in the near future.
wait times are too long especially when you show up on time to your appointment
