I have 2 dental insurances, the insurance lady says I only have to pay $50, no more than $100 to have my dental work done. Work done and now I have $1200 bill that I can not pay!! Dentist and his assistants are great, BUT INSURANCE PERSON DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE’S DOING!
rude dentist hygienists is very nice but the dentist is a jerk
The female dentist is horrible. She’s very rough and rude. A cleaning shouldn’t result in loose teeth and a lot of bleeding. I have my teeth cleaned religiously every 6 months and I have never had that happen. Also, my son needed a tooth filled, supposedly, and after they got him numb it was decided he needed to see a pediatric dentist. I took him to Dr Austin, who asked me why he needed a filling in the tooth when no cavity was present in any of his teeth. When your dentist is clearly agitated during the procedure, it makes an already scary situation more scary. I have a bruise on my cheek from the force she put down on my face that hurts badly. My mouth hurts, my jaw is in tremendous pain from the pressure she used. Very uncaring and unkind. She didnt even introduce herself. She had to know the way she was using force, and as long as it took, that I would be in pain. She seemed to be bothered by me reacting to the pain.
