before my child's appointment I informed the office that we did not have insurance any longer. I asked what the price would be for no insurance I was quoted . The following day after the appointment I got a call from smile saying that I owed them additional money from what I had already paid. So I asked why I owed more money and was told that whoever gave me the original quote did the quote with insurance after I specifically told them no insurance. Smileworks Tallahassee is extremely unprofessional, rude , unkind and most unhelpful establishment! They canceled my appointment on the pretext that somebody was sick in their office and rescheduled me. On my next they told my kid has cold so they rescheduled again .And on my 3rd rescheduled appointment they refused to see my child on the pretext that I arrived 1 minute late! They said they give grace for 10 minutes and my text arrived at the 11th minute past my scheduled time!I had to take leave from office to go for this a... read more
