Absolutely recommend this office! I avoid going to the dentist at all costs. I didn’t like my dentist for years but never made the switch because they said I needed so much work done that I just never went back. I figured every dentist would just tell me the same. I'm so pleased with the staff at San Marcos Family Dental. They are personable and really care about your needs. They address any concerns and fears with warmth and sensitivity. While my experience with Dr. Joanna El-Maasri and Amanda have been awesome, I especially want to give a shout out to Katrina. She's the best hygienist I've ever had to work with. :)
Seriously...the best dentist office ever. Super friendly (not fake friendly...these people actually love what they do and that you are there...it shows!) ....super clean...modern tech...and the work they do is excellent. Yesterday I had a 5 pm appointment with Dr, Joanna. I called to let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be late. No problem at San Marcos Family Dental. What did they say? "We will see you when you get here!" The entire staff welcomed me when I walked in the door! A huge shout out to Katrina, Sofia, Amanda and Dr. Joanna for 5-Star dental experience!! I love this dentist office and that says a lot from someone who used to hate going to the dentist. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Joanna El Maasri always takes her time with you and is very knowledgeable. I'm glad I've FINALLY found an office I love going to!
