Very poor - while doing a root canal, he drilled through the root into my jawbone where the drill broke, necessitating tooth removal and an implant. This in spite of his state of the art equipment that he supposedly checked continuously to monitor progress. He never so much as apologized. This happened several years ago, will never go back to his office.

Extremely rude office staff!! My husband took the day off from work to have a root canal. The nasty woman at the front desk wouldn't let him see the doctor because she couldn't figure out how to fill out our insurance forms after they told us they participate in our plan with an out of network copay. My husband went there with cash and a check to pay the $733 out of network fee and she told him she doesn't take cash. WHAT??? Avoid this place!

A real rip off on his consultation fee which is just an add on to a reading of an xray when he does not offer any service if root canal work is not possible.

Terrible experience with this office. The office staff was rude. Also, one of the staff yelled all my personal information across the waiting room. This is against the privacy practice law.. It is not appropriate to let the entire waiting room know my personal information.. I have never had this happen in any medical or dental office that I have ever been to.. I never even got in to see Dr. Bey.
