In the middle of this pandemic - my crown breaks off! Called 7 dentists including the one I’ve gone to for years - no response. I googled more dentists and by the grace of god Dr Simons came up, called me right back and had me in there within 3 hours. He wanted to help, he could tell I was in pain and because of the pandemic my hands were tied. I have been a patient of Dr. Simons for 25 years, hard to believe. I am very particular about my Doctors/Dentists, and even though I have moved further away I still come to his office on a regular basis. When I first visited Dr. Simons I had not been to a dentist in over a year and wanted to find the right dentist and establish a place to go. They are the most professional dental outfit I’ve ever seen. They treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. The other places, you are only a number.
Dr. Simons and his staff are friendly and technically sharp. I could not recommend anyone higher. I especially value how Dr. Simons explains what he is doing each step along the way.
