went here for a 2nd opinion. As soon as I arrived they were so welcoming and awesome!!! Dr. Biehl is wonderful and Gail is so very informative and nice. Debbies infectious bubbly personality made me feel so comfortable and I didn't even remember I was at the dentist. I was so scared due to a former experience but this office makes it all go away from start to finish!!! I went back to work telling everyone they must go here!!!
Dr. Beil and his assistants (Gail and Lyndsey) have excellent skills! They are very professional, courteous, and compassionate to their patient's needs. They are awesome at explaining the details of the dental work they are performing. Dr. Beil goes above and beyond at writing narratives to be sent to your insurance company to appeal denied claims. I cannot say enough good about Dr Horwitz! He didn't make me feel inferior because my mouth was so bad and he came up with a plan to make my smile beautiful!! And then he did it!! He and his crew at Prestige are the best!
