The team created a priority for cleanings, fillings and crowns and made sure that I understood what my insurance would cover vs my costs to remove any misunderstandings!! Recommendedwent here for a 2nd opinion. As soon as I arrived they were so welcoming and awesome!!! Dr. Biehl is wonderful and Gail is so very informative and nice. Debbies infectious bubbly personality made me feel so comfortable and I didn't even remember I was at the dentist. I was so scared due to a former experience but this office makes it all go away from start to finish!!! I went back to work telling everyone they must go here!!!
RecommendedDr. Beil and his assistants (Gail and Lyndsey) have excellent skills! They are very professional, courteous, and compassionate to their patient's needs. They are awesome at explaining the details of the dental work they are performing. Dr. Beil goes above and beyond at writing narratives to be sent to your insurance company to appeal denied claims. Had a bad experience. Went to get a tooth pulled that was 1/2 broken. They took x rays and charged $250 for x rays and exam but said they can’t pull tooth out unless I commit to bridge or implant!! I called to request a refund since they didn’t pull the tooth they said they’d look into it but never called me back. I spent half of my day off filling out paperwork and listening to stories about bridges and implants, getting x rays done but never gotten my broken tooth pulled out !! Too expensive. Everytime one of our family members goes for an exam , it's 5k for service.
