Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Pope himself have been friendly, genuine, and caring each time I have visited. They remember to ask me how I’m doing and if I need anything multiple times while during cleanings and other dental work. They also do a great job of building relationships with their patients. It feels very welcoming and comfortable there!
Dr. Pope and his assistant Shanda do awesome work. I had so much unpleasant discomfort with my teeth. But after two appointments they had me all fixed up. I can't say enough about the service I receive every time I attend Pope Family Dentistry. They work with me to make sure that I know exactly what they are going to be doing and tell me their plan for the future. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Pope and his assistant Shanda.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Dr. Pope and his staff are all so positive and personable and make me feel comfortable and cared for. My partner and I have both been going here since we moved to Greensboro and we are so happy to have found a dental practice to call our own!
Very patient and friendly and tender
Dr. Pope and his Assistant Shanda were fantastic today when I went in for a crown. I never felt the slightest discomfort and they both were so upbeat and positively engaged with every aspect of the procedure. Best experience I've ever had with this type of dentistry. Dr. Pope and his entire staff are so warm and friendly. I look forward to their continued great care of my smile.😁😄😃
Everyone was super nice and my hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and took great care to be sure my teeth were in good shap.
Absolutely love the staff here! I have been going to this dentist office for many years. Dr. Pope is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Christy is always available to answer any questions I may have and help me in any way. Laura, Diane, and Tammy always make me feel comfortable and so welcome every time I come!
