While I appreciate the good bedside manner with our child during his dental care, we ultimately could not overlook the semi-permanent work done without our consent. There was an unprofessional level of non-communication with parents. My husband brought our 4 year old in for an extraction and a composite filling on the tooth next to it. I stayed at home with our baby and toddler, and I reviewed the notes. I wish the front desk ladies reflected the dental practice. The gals who work in the Pediatric side are super sweet. Unfortunately the dentist is bad news. I took my almost three-year-old there, they cleaned her teeth and apparently found for cavities. We set an appointment up to take care of the cavities... I wasn't sure if I was going to do that because I was concerned with the doctor shaking. They were very friendly and my 6 yr old feel right ar ease, she especially liked the tv on the ceiling.
I was extremely distraught over the care that was provided to my daughter. I waited over an hour for our scheduled appointment and the Dentist was not prepared to see my daughter who is medically fragile due to Cystic Fibrosis. The dentist started a procedure and failed to finish it. I did not agree with what she did and expressed concern several times. She stated numbing her mouth and not performing the procedure was not a big deal and my daughter's mouth will only be numb for a couple of hours. She also felt this was good ... read more
