My son with special needs has a difficult time with any doctor appointments, but Dr. Pokala and her staff make his experience as comfortable as possible. They are patient and very compassionate to his and my needs. I feel they all take the extra time to explain how to best care for his teeth at home and how to make that process as easy as possible as well. My seven year old son has been seeing Dr. Chawla since his first dentist appointment at twelve months of age. We love his dentist! He's very friendly and knowledgeable, has always given his best opinion but allowed me to make the final decision in treatment without feeling pressured, and has offered great advice over the years. All the staff and receptionists are great, they even keep me reminded of upcoming visits. I highly recommend them!
Everyone, every step of the way is amazing! The staff at front desk, every dental assistant, and of course Dr. Pokala, are friendly, helpful and efficient. We are so grateful that we were referred to this office!
Both of my kids have been seeing Dr Pokala for 9 years. She is patient and kind. The office staff is always helpful. They have always been available for questions and has fit us in when there was an urgent issue. I always refer her office to my friends.
