I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. The appointment takes time because all the tests they perform, and of course, if you get drops in your eyes you need to wait for them. Dr. Panariello was very thorough in his exam. He showed me pictures to explain the tests, and answered all my questions. I used to see another doctor in that practice that moved away. Extremely attentive, very caring and professional.
Excellent, caring, and very professional.
Dr Betty, the retinologist + the staff are all very good + very very nice, but wait times are always huge (you will be there 2 - 3 hours minimum, even if you only see Dr for 15 - 20 mins, and sometimes we must wait for eye drops to take effect as well ) So, even if you adjust to their schedule when they ask (as a way of speeding up the process) it will still take that long. That has been my experience each of the 5 times I have been to this Rx - (I am guessing it is because they take Medicaid)
