my visit with My visit with OCEC was a frustrating waste of time and energy. The doctor promised to get back to me in about a week (his words) concerning my eligibility for cataract surgery. Two weeks and one day later no one has gotten back to me. Guess I am lucky that i did not have this surgery with such professional attention. I endured 3 plus hours of exams and consults for nothing....
1. Tried to get new glasses at your office but woman on phone with back to me for more than 10 minutes so I gave up waiting 2. Got glasses made elsewhere and prescription was wrong. Glasses were made correctly - checked by optician that ordered my glasses and your office. Got new exam and major differences with original prescription. 3. Received Rx for steroid eye drops from Dr. Younger...
I came in to pick up the eyelash serum and use a credit of $150 that I had. They couldn't figure out how to do it on the computer, so I paid for the serum and they were supposed to send me a check. I still haven't received the check and it has been a month. The other services I have had have been wonderful. No complaints about anything but this credit that I haven't received.
friendly, helpful staff. Good Consultation. The MD is somewhat distant, but what is most important to me is his skill as a physician.
