RecommendedEvery time I have ever went there I was always greeted ! Be right with - have a seat - you here for … always acknowledged. Eye dr very good explains even if it may be a crazy question! Never a wrong script. The manager Glynis has always been great about adjusting my glasses or helping me - very pleasant- the staff is always busy -so busy means good !! I would recommend for sure !! The prices are always good also. 5star
Recommendedi went to get contacts and was having a very hard time getting them out and in my eyes. i went back and the office manager glynis helped me out. she knew exactly what my issues were and took the time to explain how to put them in and out. highly recommend her. she was super
I went once and will never go back. Overpriced glasses sold by rude dismissive staff. I had to purchase glasses and am now still waiting 2 months. They have never contacted me except via email to confirm my purchase and advised they will contact me when the glasses were ready. They have never contacted me and they don’t answer the phone or return messages and they’ve blocked your ability to email them.
I’ve bought three pairs from them and the third pair broke and they wouldn’t give me any warranty on them (got Sept. 2021, broke this week). Charged me 26.50 to get another pair and after lens exchanged to new glasses, the lens don’t fit and they wobble in the frames and when you wipe the lenses to clean, they’ll pop out. Woman at store said there was nothing they can do about it, sorry. I’ll never go back. If this is a corporate store we’ll see if anything happens. 04/07/22
What the heck? There’s a sign on the door stating that all patients and staff are required to wear masks, and yet two old white patients are sitting without masks and the doctor isn’t wearing one either??
