Good prices nice selection of glasses and they do a good eye exam. We will be back because they have a nice staff and do a nice job.

I’m not understanding why it takes so long to pick up my glasses that’s been here for a week no one called or texted me about my glasses, came this morning to pick them up after calling yesterday to find out my glasses was here and it was backed up with customers and I came back before 1 and I’m still waiting for my classes the staff acts like the customers have all day to just in here before they get called or for pick up very disappointing today not happy all at because y’all pick and choose who you call too help it’s aggr... read more
I originally wrote a less than encouraging review about this facility but now after almost 1 month I feel that the quality of the glasses are excellent. Originally I was focused more on the waiting area then the quality of my actual care. The Doctor that did my exam was the best ever! I see better now with these glasses than I have in years. It seems I always got glasses that were fairly close but not 100% accurate (lenses). My new glasses were perfect from day 1 and I haven’t had any problems whatsoever. Thanks to Doctor Ng... read more

Sunday, March 26, 2017 9:33 PM Made an appointment on March 8, 2017' to get my eyes checked, had them checked a year ago, had to fill all the same paper work out again? said it had to be done every year? 4 or 5 sheets? My glasses are a very strong prescription and cost a bundle. They are all smiles when you purchase them but very unpleasant if something is wrong with the glasses. I generally know when something is wrong with my glasses because I have been wearing glasses longer than some of the technicians have been living. It's not the patients fault if it's a lab screw up. Don't ask for your money back you won't get it. Even if they try and fix it there's a charge after you paid a whopping fortune. So out you go with your cockeyed closet... read more
The only thing good about this place is the price. If you want to experience a business where people HATE their job and show it, go here. Talk about rude, nasty people. I should say, most with that. There were a few, very few, kind people. The doctor was nice. The tech was miserable apparently. Like she must have just found out her boyfriend cheated on her or something and was taking it out on costomers. Bad bad place!!!!
Beware consumers if you want to get taken then go to optical outlets in ocala florida. They state they price match consumers go there take down the numbers go to coolshades.com frames that optical outlets were charging us 229.95 for they had for less than 40.00. That is one mark up don't you think? I have been there four times now and my glasses are still not correct, tried to fight it with my care credit card that works with optical outlet beware of them also, seem to all go together because I have them no matter that I can... read more
