Dr. Konvalinka is a wonderful dentist and loved to see him. His office manager is the absolute opposite of Dr. Konvalinka. Their message to remind you of your appointment says that if you do not confirm that you will be cancelled. We miised the call then missed the appointment while on vacation and when we heard the message thought well darn but we did not confirm so we should be fine. Nope. We got the $30 cancellation fee and good ole Chris would not hear anything about their message saying you must confirm. It is obv... read more
