Was lied to today by the office manager that insurance REQUIRES 18 X-rays. I said I want to call the insurance and they kicked me out. I had been a patient for six years. I had images last year and this was a routing cleaning. I have confirmed with my insurance they do not require it and I was lied to by a medical provider. I will be filing a state DORA complaint as well.
